Ordering & Lead Times
Applicable to custom celebrations across Sweden
1. Advance Lead Times
Due to the bespoke nature of our cakes, custom orders require at least 4 business days advance notice. A deposit secures your booking date. Minor flavor or color palette adjustments are welcome up to 72 hours prior to your event.
For weddings, large multi-tiered cakes, or festive holiday weekends, we advise reaching out 2 to 4 weeks in advance to reserve your preferred date on our bakery calendar.
2. Custom Quotes & Confirmation
Submitting an order request through our wizard does not charge your card or immediately confirm the booking. Saranya will review your event date and design details, confirm availability, and send an official price quote with payment instructions.
3. Studio Collection & Courier Delivery
Pickups are scheduled by appointment at our studio. Temperature-controlled courier delivery is available across the local metro area upon confirmation.
We provide careful transport packaging for all celebration tiers. When picking up, keep the cake box flat on the vehicle floor (never on a slanted seat) with air conditioning running during warmer seasons.
4. Changes & Cancellations
Minor modifications to wording, inscriptions, or color accents may be accommodated up to 72 hours before your scheduled event date. Because sponges are baked fresh and sugar decorations take multiple days to handcraft, custom cake orders cancelled within 72 hours of the event may forfeit the confirmation deposit.
